Rain^2 Go Away!

Today's the day of the Twin Cities Marathon -- and it's raining! The forecast says that it'll rain throughout the majority of the race. I was going to take Porter as a "seeitoldyouso" to the various points of the course and cheer on my wife who's running again this year (with an injury even!). I didn't care if I was out & about and it started to rain - but I don't much care for having it rain the entire time! Aside from the annoyance factor, it's just not very safe - and being cold and wet isn't that enjoyable.
